Our trailer rental solutions allow you the flexibility to return the trailer once your need is satisfied. With having a trailer at the right moment, you can accomplish all your demands.

Month-to-Month Rental

Our unique month-to-month rental offers customers flexibility and competitive rates. Torrent Leasing’s customers take advantage of our month-to-month rental if they are unwilling to take on a long-term commitment. Unlike other equipment leasing companies advertising low rates, most of our trailers are spec’d with features such as disc brakes, high-end side curtains, tire inflation system, tire carrier, vents, and others.

Disc brakes provide up to 40% shorter stopping distance and longer life due to fewer moving parts and better heat dissipation. They are easily maintained, and calipers are self-adjusting, eliminating unequal braking from one side to another and eliminating the need for brake adjustment. Disc brakes will help improve your safety and make a significant impact on your company score rating.

Depending on your needs and a trailer type, regular maintenance, and the following services can be included in your lease program, at a slightly higher fixed cost:

• Brake parts and labor due to normal wear and tear.
• Tire replacement due to normal wear and tear. Punctures, damages, or blowouts of any kind are not covered.
• Shock absorbers due to normal wear and tear.
• Rotating parts such as door hinges on older trailers.

This full-service price does not include damage repair or insurance claim handling, towing charges and storage, abnormal wear or damage of tires, insurances, fuel and VAT.

Rental Rates:
Dry Van – $575 for 28 days plus $0.02 per mile
Step Deck – $1000 for 28 days – maintenance not included
Flatbed – $750 for 28 days – maintenance not included

Daily & Weekly Rentals

Based on our customers’ needs, trailers can be rented for a full-service weekly or daily rate and including an extensive number of services and components:

• Brake parts and labor due to normal wear and tear.
• Tire replacement due to normal wear and tear. Punctures, damages, or blowouts of any kind are not covered.
• Shock absorbers due to normal wear and tear.
• Rotating parts such as door hinges on older trailers.

The replacement of parts and the related work for periodic maintenance during the entire rental period are included in the rate.

Third parties’ inspection fees for the annual DOT inspection throughout the entire rental period are also included – subject to prior approval.

This full-service rate does not include damage repair or insurance claim handling, towing charges and storage, abnormal wear or damage of tires, insurances, fuel and VAT.

Trailer Rental Requirement Rules

• A valid CDL license must be provided for every person intending to pull a rental unit.
• Credit cards or ACH auto payments
• Proof of physical damage insurance showing rented equipment with loss payee must be obtained and copy provided before picking up the unit.
• A refundable security deposit is required to rent any trailer. Rental fees will be deducted from your deposit when the trailer is returned, provided it’s damage-free and clean. The trailer is inspected, and pictures are taken during pick up and drop off.
• The renters’ responsibility is to return the rental unit free from dirt, trash, and debris, or a minimum cleaning fee of $25 will be charged. The trailer does not need to be washed before returning. We will do it free of charge.
• Mandatory pre-trip & post-trip inspection will be done as part of the rental process. Please plan time for this when picking up or returning the trailer. The trailer will not be released until all forms are signed off, and it will not be considered returned if dropped off without notice.
• Rentals must be returned to the same rental location during business hours from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Leaving a rental unit on the premises after hours or dropping off a rental unit outside of our gates is strictly prohibited and will result in your deposit becoming forfeited. Customers are fully responsible for the rental unit until the post-trip inspection is approved.
• All damages must be reported to a staff member ASAP. Improperly performed repairs will be charged back to the customer.
